Booking
You can book the tours from website easily. We charge 25% as deposit beforehand and 75% is paid when you arrive to Turkey.
After you choose the tour package, you can see the price boxes below the tour program summary.
When you decide the hotel option and click on ‘book now’ button. Booking form will be opened, please fill all the gaps and click ‘book now’ again.
(If there are gaps you don’t know the answer yet, you can write ‘no answer’ or ‘NA’ for now.
Once we receive the information, we send you the 25% deposit link to your email address within 24 hours. You can easily pay the 25% deposit by clicking the link.
75% remaining amount is paid once you are in Turkey. Your travel agent will give you information about where, when and whom to pay. Also your agent will send you the name and photo of the person who charges the balance. After receiving the balance, electronic or written receipt is provided.
Depending on your days in Turkey, your travel agent and you can decide best time to meet.
We accept Euros or USD for cash payment. For credit cards, we take Visa, Mastercard, Maestro etc.
7% bank commission is added for credit card payment. This fee directly goes to bank.
All emails or requests are responded within 24 hours by travel consultants.
No, our tours do not have any hidden costs.

There are some optional tours you may or may not join.

Hotels
We arrange single rooms for solo travelers. Solo travelers choose single room option.
2 people choose double/twin room. More than 2 people, you can choose single double/twin or triple rooms as you wish. We can make arrangements upon your request.
You may choose triple room if you participate as 3 or more people.
Single room: a room which had double or single bed with a private bathroom.
Double room: a room which has a double bed (1 big bed) with a private bathroom.
Twin room: a room which has 2 separate single beds with a private bathroom.
Triple room: a room which has one double and one single bed with a private bathroom. In some hotels, the third bed might be an additional, rollaway bed. If you do not want rollaway bed, we can arrange 1 double/twin and 1 single room for 3 people.
Family room: a room which has 2 double or 1 double or 2 single beds. It can fit maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Some hotels have available family rooms. It might not be available for all hotels.
We have 2 different hotel options as economic and comfort hotels.
All hotels are nice, safe and clean. They are located in central areas, close to restaurants and attractions.
You can stay comfortably in both options. Depending on your budget plans, you can choose economic or comfort hotel option.
Payment
No, we do not charge any extra fees or fuel surcharges. The listed price is the price you pay. Including tax.

We understand that you may not have a printer handy when you’re traveling so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. However, your hard copies of travel documents are ready in our office. You may go to pick them up once you are in Istanbul. If you don’t have time, only printing flight tickets would be helpful for you.
Preparation
Not much, remember our trips are all inclusive. We do suggest you bring appropriate clothing to fit the season and a day pack to carry extra snacks and water.
Wear whatever is comfortable. It is recommended to have a sturdy pair of broken-in trail shoes, boots, or sneakers. It is preferable to dress in layers and wear clothing that will wick away perspiration and keep you dry and comfortable
Reservation
Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. We arrange all details for you after receiving your reservation.
- All cancellations MUST be in writing and sent to email address of the travel agency before tour commencement. Upon making the booking, Passenger(s) hereby accept & acknowledge liability for all cancellation fees imposed by the travel agency.
- For all reasons of cancellation, 25% deposit is not refundable as agency books non-refundable flight tickets and accommodation.
- 15 days to travel date 50% of the total amount is charged from credit card of client.
- 7 days to travel date and less to tour commencement date; total amount is charged from credit card of client.
Tour
Since the tours are arranged every day at each destination, we have daily departure guaranteed tours.* So you can choose the tour commencement date as you wish.
We recommend making reservations beforehand for busy periods like religious&national holidays, school semester start etc.
*Some tours including Fethiye cruise operates from April till October.
Tours groups gather everyday at each destination. Tour participants go to meet the tour group. You might not be travelling with the same group during the whole trip if their itinerary is different than yours.
Unfortunately we do not have visa support service. Some countries are eligible for e-visas which can be bought from this website;
If you need to take consulate visa, we can send you the travel documents after booking. Travel documents such hotel reservations, tour itinerary details etc. do not secure visa obtainment but it helps with the visa process.
Unfortunately international flights are not included. They are booked by the clients separately.
If you book a tour including Istanbul, we also arrange your airport transfers. We have 24 hours/7 days airport transfer service from both IST and SAW airports. You may see info below.
For tours which do not include Istanbul, we send you details when and where to meet in Istanbul. We try to make an appointment with you depending on your available time.
When you arrive to ISTANBUL (IST) airport;
After luggage claim and passport control, kindly exit the gate. Here, please walk to meeting lounge where your name is given. You may tell your name to the person in charge. This person will make you meet the driver who transfers you to hotel.
When you arrive to SABIHA GOKCEN (SAW) airport;
After luggage claim and passport control, kindly exit the gate. Here you will see a person holding your name sign. Kindly meet the person and tell your name. This person will make you meet the driver who transfers you to hotel.
Yes, we also arrange private tours. You may send us the itinerary you prefer and number of tour participants. Our travel experts send you the price and itinerary details within 24 hours.

Our tours are open to everyone. We do not have any age limits as long as you are physically fit and ready to discover Turkey with us. We welcome everyone!
