6 easy steps to complete your booking!
1) Kindly check the tour packages and decide the hotel and room option you would choose. There are 2 hotel options as economic and comfort. Also 3 room types as single, double/twin or triple. If you are solo traveler, please choose single room. For 2 people, we arrange double or twin room. For 3 people, we can arrange triple room or one double/twin and one single room.
2) After you choose the tour package, please click on book now button and submit the form. Please fill all the information needed.
3) When booking form is received by us, a booking link is sent to your e-mail within 24 hours. 25% deposit is charged from client’s credit card to be able to start reservation process. So the booking link includes 25% of the total amount of the tour.
4) Please click on the link sent and submit the 25% deposit amount. After receiving the deposited amount, we send a confirmation email and start the reservation process.
5) Remaining 75% is charged when you come to Turkey. 75% can be paid with Euro or USD cash or Visa, Mastercard credit/debit cards. For credit card payment, there is %5 extra added due to bank commissions.
6) The details of when and where& whom to pay will be arranged with you. We can arrange this meeting depending on your plans in Istanbul. Your travel consultant will give you all the information needed.
