Terms&Conditions
This page constitutes the contract between the travel agency (hereinafter referred to as ‘TA’) and client for their trip and related services.
Clients are kindly requested to read them all before accepting.
BOOKING:
All tour participants are required to fill up the booking form and provide the necessary information on it. Names on booking form must match exactly those shown on passports. After booking form is received by the agency, a booking link is sent to tour participant’s email address within 24 hours. 25% deposit is charged from client’s credit card to be able to start reservation process. So this booking link includes 25% of the total amount of the tour. Client may click on this link and submit the 25% deposit amount. After receiving the deposited amount, agency will send an email and start the reservation process. Remaining 75% is charged when tour participant comes to Turkey. 75% can be paid with Euro or USD cash or Visa, Mastercard credit/debit cards. Clients might need to inform their banks to open the credit card for international transactions.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
All tour participants are required to carry a valid passport (please note passport should be valid minimum 6 more months from travel date) The Client is responsible in ensuring visas, as may be required, are valid prior to departure, and for the entire duration of the journey. CANCELLATION:
All cancellations or no-shows are subject to penalties imposed by the TA. All cancellations MUST be in writing and sent to email address of the travel agency before tour commencement. Upon making the booking, Passenger(s) hereby accept & acknowledge liability for all cancellation fees imposed by the travel agency.
For all reasons of cancellation, 25% deposit is not refundable as agency books non-refundable flight tickets and hotels.
15 days to travel date 50% of the total amount is charged from credit card of client.
7 days to travel date and less to tour commencement date; total amount is charged from credit card of client.
INSURANCE:
Tour packages do not include travel health insurance and clients are not obliged to have insurance. However, for benefit of client, travel health insurance and travel protection is strongly recommended by TA.
FARES AND PRICES:
All prices are valid on the day of quote was given. Availability and prices quoted by the travel agency may change until 25% booking deposit is made. The prices might change for the dates like religious or national holidays, school breaks as hotels and airfare prices go up.
HOTELS:
Hotel names are mentioned for each tour package on the website. Tour packages include the listed hotels or similar quality hotels. If listed hotels do not have availability, TA may arrange similar quality hotel for clients. We always try to provide best available for guests.
AIRFARES:
Domestic flight tickets are arranged by TA for the tour packages include domestic flights. Domestic flights have 15kg of check in and 8 kg of hand bag allowance per person. Clients with bulkier bags may purchase extra kg from airline company. International flights are arranged by the clients. TA recommends having minimum 12 hours between international and domestic flights in case of delays or flight cancellations.
